Warren County Comprehensive Transportation Plan Study

This plan was a joint effort between Warren County, the Towns of Norlina and Warrenton, NCDOT, and the Kerr-Tar RPO.   The plan has been mutually adopted by the North Carolina Board of Transportation in June 2008.  This plan replaces the existing Norlina and Warrenton Thoroughfare Plans.
