Norlina Thoroughfare Plan Study

This page is for information purposes only. The Norlina Thoroughfare Plan has been replaced with the Warren County Comprehensive Transportation Plan, which covered the entire county.

This plan is a joint effort between the town of Norlina, NCDOT, and the Kerr-Tar RPO. A public hearing for this plan was held on November 1, 2004 and it was adopted by the town the same night. It was mutually adopted by the NCDOT Board of Transportation on December 2, 2004.
