Halifax County Comprehensive Transportation Plan Study

This plan is a joint effort between Halifax County, Town of Halifax, Town of Hobgood, Town of Littleton, Town of Scotland Neck, Town of Enfield, NCDOT, and the Peanut Belt Rural Planning Organization.  The plan has been adopted locally and by the North Carolina Board of Transportation on October 6, 2011.
