Creedmoor Thoroughfare Plan Study

This plan is a joint effort between the City of Creedmoor and NCDOT, and an update to their past plan. A public hearing for this plan was held on June 15, 2004. The City Commissioners adopted the proposed plan on July 27, 2004.

The City of Creedmoor joined the Capital Area Metropolitan Planning Organization (CAMPO) in 2005.  In 2008, Granville County Comprehensive Transportation Plan was developed and mutually adopted. The portion of the plan in the CAMPO region replaces the Creedmoor Thoroughfare Plan.
