Town of Warsaw Comprehensive Transportation Plan Study

A Comprehensive Transportation Plan (CTP) for Warsaw is currently being developed.  This study involves a detailed analysis of the Warsaw transportation system, including roadway, rail, bicycle, pedestrian and transit facilities.

The goal of the study is to produce a long range transportation plan for Warsaw, and assisting local governments and the public with transportation decisions over the next 25 to 30 years.

The Warsaw CTP is a cooperative effort between representatives of Duplin  County, the Town of Warsaw, Eastern Carolina Rural Planning Organization and the North Carolina Department of Transportation.

The CTP process encourages public involvement and will include a transportation survey and meetings open to the public.
