Stokes County Comprehensive Transportation Plan Study

The Stokes County Comprehensive Transportation Plan (CTP) is a joint effort between Stokes County, the Northwest Piedmont Rural Planning Organization, and the NCDOT – Transportation Planning Branch.  Stokes County CTP was adopted by its County Commissioners on April 1, 2008 and was formally endorsed by the Northwest Piedmont Rural Planning Organization on June 17, 2008. The Transportation Planning Branch recommended the mutual adoption of the Stokes County CTP on July 16, 2008. The North Carolina Board of Transportation adopted the Stokes County CTP on September 4, 2008.
