This plan was endorsed by the Southwestern RPO on September 28, 2009.  The CTP was adopted by the Town of Sylva on December 17, 2009; the Town of Webster on January 5, 2010; the Town of Dillsboro on January 11, 2010; the Village of Forest Hills on January 26, 2010; and the County Commissioners on December 21, 2009.  It was mutually adopted by NCDOT on April 1, 2010.
