High Point MPO Comprehensive Transportation Plan Study

The High Point Metropolitan Planning Organization (HPMPO) Comprehensive Transportation Plan (CTP) is a joint effort between the High Point MPO and the NCDOT – Transportation Planning Branch. The High Point MPO adopted the CTP on November 23, 2010 and North Carolina Board of Transportation mutually adopted HPMPO CTP on January 6, 2011.
