Duplin County Comprehensive Transportation Plan Study

The development of the Duplin County Comprehensive Transportation Plan (CTP) was a joint effort between Duplin County, Eastern Carolina Rural Planning Organization, and NCDOT. The completed plan is the first mutually adopted transportation plan for Duplin County. The CTP was endorsed by the Eastern Carolina Rural Planning Organization on March 15, 2007. The Duplin County Commissioners on March 5, 2007 and the Board of Transportation on May 3, 2007 adopted the CTP.
