The work covered by this section consists of furnishing, placing, maintaining, relocating, and removing flashing arrow panels in accordance with the plans and specifications.
All materials shall meet the requirements of Division 10 shown below:

The provisions of Article 11053 will be applicable to the work covered by this section.
Arrow panels shall have the capability to display mode selections as shown in the plans.
Sequential arrow displays, left or right sequential chevron displays, or straight line caution displays shall not be used.
Flashing arrow panels shall be mounted on trailer truck, or other mobile unit.
All maintenance shall meet the requirements of Article 11054.
The quantity of flashing arrow panels to be paid for will be the maximum number of panels acceptably placed and in use at any one time during the life of the project as required by the contract.
The quantity of flashing arrow panels, measured as provided in Article 11155, will be paid for at the contract unit price each for "Flashing Arrow Panels, Type C". Such price and payment will be full compensation for all work covered by this section, including but not
limited to furnishing, installing, operating, maintaining, relocating, and removing the flashing arrow panels.
