SUBJECT:	BEAM BOLSTERS

At the request of The Material and Test Unit, beam bolster shall be detailed in 1/4" increments. This specification applies to all beam bolsters, as well as continuous high chairs. Attached below is a soft metric conversion table from which beam bolsters are to be selected on metric projects.

This policy is effective immediately. The Design Manual will be revised accordingly at a later date.
