The General Drawing Note regarding HEC 18, "Evaluating Scour at Bridges", on page 5-5 of the Design Manual shall
be replaced with the following note:
This structure has been designed in accordance with HEC 18, Evaluation Scour at Bridges", November, 1995.
This policy is effective with the October 1999 letting. The Design Manual and standard note files will be revised at a later date.
