Question:
I am unable to place the property owner number and circle in my Right of Way file (RDY ROW DGN) using the D&C Manager.
What am I doing wrong?
Answer:
The Roadway Draft Tools D&C Manager "Right of Way:Parcels" category has been updated.
The intention of the new layout is to make parcels workflow easier downstream. Normal practice should follow this
sequence while in the Roadway Right of Way file (ROW).
Place the parcel number circle cells.
Place first parcel number, e.g. "1".
Copy and increment the first parcel number.
Create the Parcel Index Sheet.
Note, the 3-series Parcel Index Sheet is only generated for TIP Projects with more than one plan sheet.
