Registration Quick Facts

  1. On arrival at the conference please check in at the desk.

  2. Registration fee includes conference proceedings, Thursday and Friday Continental breakfast and Thursday Buffet lunch.

  3. Payment for walk-in registration must be made by check at the door of the conference.

  4. Please make checks payable to: ?.

  5. Online registration will be open until 8:00 pm EST on ?, 3/?/2013. After this time please call ? 919-?.

  6. Each individual who attends must have their own registration, and registration fee. Registration fees cannot be divided among 2 or more individuals, for example for different people on Monday and Tuesday. Attempts to have more than one person attend under a single registration will result in additional charges.

  7. You must make your hotel reservation separately.

  9. Refunds. Refunds, less a $? processing fee, may be obtained by contacting NCDOT by email before 3/8/13. No refund after 3/8/13
