Geo3T2 Conference & Exposition: Paper Submission

Call for Papers:

Deadline - Submission for Abstracts Deadline is January 25, 2013
You MUST register to attend the Geo3T2 conference in order to present an abstract for consideration as a presentation.
Abstracts may be submitted by e-mail to Papers for Geo³T² or for large size files the NCDOT File Transfer System (FTS) .
Commercialized abstracts will not be accepted.
A complete paper may be submitted instead of an abstract.

Interested Authors

Interested Authors are invited to submit an abstract of 200 - 300 words by e-mail (Microsoft Word Document) to Papers for Geo³T² . Use 1 inch margins and 11 point Time New Roman font. In the abstract please include the following information:

You will be notified by February 8, 2013 whether or not your abstract has been accepted.

If your abstract is accepted, we will ask you to submit a presentation for the conference. Presentations must be in Powerpoint format, version 2003 or earlier. Presentations will be limited to 30 minutes duration (Including 5 minutes for questions.) NCDOT will supply the computer and projector.

A complete paper may be submitted instead of an abstract. Papers also may be submitted for inclusion into the conference proceedings. In order to be included in the conference proceedings papera must be submitted no later than March 8, 2013.

Submit your powerpoint presentation no later than March 22, 2013 on a CD mailed to

We might not have time for all presentations. If you are selected to give a presentation, and are not able to give it due to time limits, your presentation will still be published and included in conference proceedings.
