  ANNUAL REPORTS

Each year as mandated by State Legislation, NCDOT prepares and submits a RECYCLING AND SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT REPORT FOR HIGHWAY AND MAINTENANCE PROJECTS to the Secretary of Transportation. This Report is included within the body of another report, the NCDOT REDUCE/REUSE/RECYCLE REPORT which is prepared by the General Services Division of the NCDOT. This report is also known as the ‘Annual 3R report’ and can be found at http://www.ncdot.gov/programs/environment/3r.
