*Note: Classroom location will be posted 30 days prior to school dates.
- Contractors' personnel who have satisfactorily completed Nuclear Density Safety training with a certified agency, State Government personnel who are certified Nuclear Gauge Operators and ANY personnel whose certification expires at the end of year 2005 may attend these classes.
- For personnel attending certification classes, a copy of completion certificates for safety training must be attached to the Contractor's application.
- SPECIAL NOTE: For Contractor applicant--an non-refundable application fee (US $100.00) payable to "NCDOT - Materials & Tests Unit" should be sent in with the application form; For NCDOT applicant--do not send in this fee which will be charged to the appropriate Division.
- To help us prepare for classes, please forward all applications with preferred dates and locations to Mr.Mehdi Haeri at least six weeks prior to the chosen dates.
- All classes will be held from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
