Recycling Summary

Fiscal 1997-1998

1. Plastic (#2 HDPE) containers recycled: 10,470 containers
2. Composted Municipal Sludge: 100 cubic yards
3. Cotton Gin Waste: 1,100 cubic yards
4. Poultry Litter Compost: 1,200 cubic yards
5. Mallinckrodt Ammonium Sulfate Liquid (MASL) (a by-product of acetaminophen manufacturing used as a topdressing fertilizer). 124,400 gallons
6. Hardwood and pine mulch: 45,000 cubic yards
