QMS Superpave Level I Plant Technician : (CON-525) A very in-depth 1-1/2 day review course for the purpose of insuring that plant mix testing technicians have adequately been trained to perform Superpave tests & calculations, and complete reports in accordance with the Department's current OJT Program. Technician must satisfactorily complete a minimum of 20 days OJT prior to attending this class. Includes classroom instruction with a written exam. Intended only for personnel that will actually be doing plant mix testing work. 4 year certification upon satisfactory completion. Satisfactory completion of this course and exam also suffices for recertification of Level I plant technicians whose current certification has either recently expired or will soon expire. $100 fee. (8 PDHs)
