NEW for Version 5.9

• This new report provides information regarding the actual progression of work for a given Contract versus the Contractor's planned progress submitted on the Progress Schedule.

• The data displayed is for the most recent estimate in the following statuses:
  • Paid
  • Processed
  • Pending CCU Approval

• The fields displayed in the Article108-8 Progress Information box are defined as follows:
  • Percent Complete by Progress Chart: Progress Schedule Percent from Review Estimates or Review Contract Details Status tab.
  • Actual Percent Complete: Percent Complete from Review Estimates or Completion Percent from Review Contract Details Status tab.
  • Percent Overrun/Underrun: % Overrun/Underrun to date from Review Estimates or % Overrun / Underrun from Review Contract Details Status tab.
  • Percent Ahead/Behind Schedule: The additive inverse of {[(Progress Schedule Percent/100)*Bid Amount] - (Estimate to Date + Fuel Adjustments to date)} divided by (Contract Bid Amount + Over/Underrun Amount). Then multiply that number by 100.
  • Percent Ahead/Behind Time: The additive inverse of (Elapsed Time Percent - Completion Percent) from Review Contract Details Status tab.
