The Minimum Sampling Guide functionality has been updated to prevent materials designated as received by Pay Record to be accepted by Certification. This change is necessary to support the change in the method of receipt from Pay Record to MRR.
The MSG Standard Reports have been corrected to include Test Format information (bottom section of report) where applicable. In addition, the Testing Person field has been removed from the Test Formats tab of the Minimum Sampling Guide window.
The retrieval process has been modified so that archived deleted MSG records are now available.
The separate security tag that had been required in order to associate Test Formats with materials on the MSG has been removed. Now update access to the window allows update access to all the window Tabs.
Updated the Acceptance tab to have a new acceptance method of "Field Inspection Reports".
The Minimum Sampling Guide Report has been enhanced to display the Sampling and Testing Responsibilities by Testing Category.
Added right click find/sort capability to the MSG window on the Material Type tab.
Expired test formats no longer appear on the Minimum Sampling Guide>.
Sort and Find functions are added to the MSG.
M & T personnel can select which test format should be used to report test results for each material type.
For each material type/test format combination, the following information is displayed:

Pretest Match Codes have been reduced to the following. Match, No Match, and No Match, Alternate ID Required.
HiCAMS lets you archive MSG Versions.
The Penalty Box is now called Pay Adjustment. This defines when pay factor adjustments can be made.
