Note: Materials can still be added to items marked as “Labor Only” if desired. The intention of the indicator is to aid in Project Certification such that items involving materials at least have some materials on them. There is no way the system can verify that all materials or even the correct materials are assigned to the correct items, only that items involving materials have some materials tracked.
The "Supplemental Description" heading used throughout the Master Bill of Material Report is no longer cut off on the hard copy of the report.
When the Conversion Unknown checkbox is marked, users can identify that a standard conversion factor for material associated to a line item (master bill of material) cannot be determined because the conversion factor may vary from contract to contract.
A conversion factor must be greater than 0 for materials that are critical to project certification.
The Master Bill of Materials Report now excludes materials that are expired.
The Material Response window has Find and Sort functions.
You can select active materials from the Material Selection window.
The system always deletes the highlighted material.
