Contract Line Items

Version 6.0 Changes

• The ‘Line Item Quantity To Date’ column, which pulls the total Line Item quantity through the current estimate, regardless of that estimate’s status, has been added to the Query Tool. The ‘Line Item Paid To Date’ column remains available to display the quantity through the most recently paid estimate.

Version 5.9 Changes

• The Contract Line Items query has been revised to filter out WBS's that have been merged.

Version 4.3.1 Changes

• Line Items created on an SA now appear before their status is set to Contractor Concurrence. (These line items are on the Contract Line Item Quantity Report.)

• The Quantity Paid To Date is now correct.

• The query tool now displays the Quantity Paid To Date amount.
