View Pending Contract Samples

Version 8.0.2 Changes

• The window will now display samples from division-let contracts in addition to the centrally-let contracts. Division-let contracts begin with the letter D instead of the letter C.

Version 7.2.1 Changes

• Corrected the system logic to display unauthorized samples that have a contract number and Project/Acceptance samples lacking a disposition comment and whose status is Does Not Meet Specs – Pay Adjusted or Does Not Meet Specs – Rejected.

Version 7.0.1 Changes

• Corrected a problem that caused certain samples to still display on the window even after they had been disposed properly.

Version 5.9 Changes

• The window has been enhanced to display additional information about Pending Contract Samples.

  • Three new columns have been added as follows: Sample Status, Sample Owner, and Testing Category.

  • The Work Order Number (WBS) has been removed.

  • The Resident Engineer should enter Disposition Quantities and Comments for all Project Acceptance Samples with a Sample Status of Does Not Meet Specs (Accepted, Rejected, or PAR).

  • The Detail button can be used to navigate to the Review Sample Details window so that required Sample Disposition information, including comments, can be entered.

Version 4.0 Changes

• Lab personnel can navigate to Enter Test Results by clicking the Test Results button for data entry.
