A correction was made to the Test Format functionality to prevent an erroneous message from displaying. The message was incorrectly displayed when Test Formats were accessed via the menu, as opposed to the Sample Detail window.
Existing Test Results, such as those for Organic Zinc Repair, may now be edited and saved without the appearance of a Duplicate Record error message.
An informational message has been added stating "No tests are assigned to this sample/part" when a user tries to access Test Results on a Sample which has none.

In Manual Batch printing, users will have an option of choosing either the default or actual authorizing lab.

Automatic Batch Printing of test results is now available to M&T Lab personnel on Blue Ridge Road. This functionality allows for one copy of all test results of authorized samples to be printed at a predetermined time to one predefined printer. The printed results are sorted by Lab. When a sample has parts only the test results of the authorizing lab will print.
Manual Batch Printing of test results is now available by security tag. This functionality allows for up to 15 test results of authorized samples to be printed on demand. The test results to print are selected by Lab or date range. The user can select the number of copies to print.
Resident Engineers can have security set to allow them to open, edit and authorize test results.
Any user can be provided with security rights to use any test format to record test results. However, if results have been saved the following conditions must be met:
When tests result specifications are not predefined for a sample's material the Review Test Results Window's title bar will now display "No Specifications Selected".
The Producer/Supplier name will not appear in the CC: list of printed test reports for Independent Assurance samples.
The Sample's Part ID has been added to the 2nd Tier of the Chemical Lab's printed test results report.
All Chemical Test Formats with a single column entry design with entry fields left blank or with NA are subject to conditional printing and will be omitted from the printed test report.
Predefined values set to default to an editable field on a test format will not reset any user entered result values on a test format after saving.
If an Approved Producer/Supplier Facility is selected for a sample, it will appear in the first tier header of all printed test reports.
The Test Format Maintenance window will now show the UOM of the selected material description.
Test Reports will now print 3 rows of 6 Alternate Ids each on the second tier. A second page will be printed if more than 18 Alternate Ids are assigned to a sample. Each Alternate Id can be upto 15 characters.
"SOILS LABORATORY" now appears in the top center of Tier 2 on Soils Lab test reports.
When you close a message indicating a non-msg material is assigned to the test format, you no longer receive an error.
The asterisk no longer disappears from the secondary part field after you modify the test results for the primary part.

After you click the Override Status button on the Review Test Results window, text no longer appears by default in the Password field on the Test Status Override window.

The title bar on the Review Test Results window now includes the Sample ID, the Test Title, and the Specs Selected (if applicable).

When you click the Refresh Defaults button on the Select Specs window, only required fields refresh from the default values.
If you navigate from other Sampling windows to the Review Test Results window when you already have the Review Test Results window open, the information on this window is refreshed.
Specification changes will not be saved until you click the Save button on the Review Test Results window.
You no longer receive an overwrite defaults message when editing specifications.
Now, when you click Cancel from the Print Setup window, the Print Setup window closes.

The unit of measure is now a description instead of a code on the first tier of all test reports.

Now, if you do not have access to enter or update test results, you will receive this message "You have read-only access to this test result."
If you select a material that does not have specifications defined, the Select Specs button does not appear.
If you change the Tested By or Completed Date after a test has been set to a final status, this action is captured in the history.
The Tested By is enlarged to display the full name on the Review Test Results window.
If you update test results entered by another user, a staff name will be displayed instead of a number in the Tested By field.
When you enter test results and click the Save button, you receive a message, "Is all testing complete?" If you select No, your partial test results are saved with a status of "In Process".
If you enter a lower limit that is higher than the upper limit when editing specifications, you will receive a warning message.
When you change a material type on a sample, then try to save changes on an already open Review Test Results window, you receive a message that the material type on the sample
Dates entered in Review Test Results window are no longer stored as numeric.
The Select Specs button appears after you set a completed test status to "In Process".
Lab Heads are no longer notified when a test fails.
You can no longer open multiple instances of the same Review Test Results window.
You can now use accelerator keys to navigate to these functions: Go To Sample, Recalculate, Edit Specs, Override Status and Select Specs.
You can now select the entire row on the History tab.
The cursor automatically displays in the Comments box when clicking on the Comments tab.
When you enter more than 255 characters in any test results entry field, your text truncates to 255 characters.
When you select different specifications after you enter results before saving, you no longer lose the latest test result entries.

There is now a Restore Defaults button on the Edit Specs window, which restores the original specifications for the material.

Alphabetical specifications are now used to determine "out of spec" results. If a specification requires "Y" and you enter "N" or "Yes", then the results are out of range.
When you override a status to change a specification on a test format, you can save without changing test results.
