Version 8.1.1 Changes

• CONTRACT DIVISION ASSIGNMENTS: Adding FHWA Operations Engineer assignment to the Construction Division Assignments table so that Supplemental Agreement Notifications will be sent to only the Engineer assigned to the division that is assigned to the contract.

Version 7.0 Changes

• OFFICE LOCATIONS: Added logic to check for assigned contract(s) before deleting an office location and improved the error message text when attempting to delete an office location that still has staff assigned to it.

Version 6.3 Changes

• STAFF MEMBERS: Improved the window logic to filter the Office Location drop-down choices based on a selected Office Category.

Version 5.8 Changes

• OFFICE LOCATIONS: The Office Location functionality has been enhanced to provide the ability to delete obsolete or incorrect office locations (available to Security Czars only).

• STAFF MEMBERS: A correction has been made to the Staff Listing Report (accessed via the Print icon when in the Staff Members window). All records containing fax numbers will now display the fax number on the report.

Version 5.4 Changes

• CONTRACT DIVISION ASSIGNMENTS: Job titles with multiple division assignments such as the Pavement Construction Specialists now receive JMF notifications based on any of their Division Assignments made through the Construction Division Assignments table.

• OFFICE LOCATIONS: A Phone Number column has been added to the Office Locations window.

Version 5.3 Changes

• STAFF MEMBERS: Job Title, Office Location and Category now default to ALL.

• OFFICE LOCATIONS: Changed Zip Code field to accept only 5 or 9 characters. Added a warning message.

• OFFICE LOCATIONS: Changed Personalized Work, Personalized Fax, Mobile, and Pager Number fields to accept only 10 characters. Added a warning message.

• CONTRACT DIVISION ASSIGNMENTS: New for Version 4.0 This Table lists the Division Engineer, Division Construction Engineer, Bridge and Roadway Construction Engineers, and State Construction Engineer for each Division.

• M&T DIVISION ASSIGNMENTS: Provides the assignment of appropriate M&T staff members to each Division.
