Traffic Services The primary purpose of the Traffic Services Unit is to install and maintain all traffic signals, roadside signs, and pavement markings in the eight counties which compose Division Two. Within this unit, there are three distinct work groups: traffic signal technicians, pavement marking crews, and sign erector crews.
