Maintenance The Maintenance Department is divided up into three Districts within our Division. The District offices are responsible for the administration, supervision and coordination of roadway maintenance activities including surfacing and resurfacing existing roads, removing debris, patching, mowing, installing driveways, encroachment agreements, issuing moving permits, litter pickup, snow and ice removal, road closings, and much more.
