Goldsboro MPO Comprehensive Transportation Plan Study
 
The Goldsboro Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) Comprehensive Transportation Plan (CTP) is a joint effort between the Goldsboro MPO and the NCDOT – Transportation Planning Branch. The Goldsboro MPO CTP was approved by the Goldsboro MPO Transportation Advisory Committee on September 24, 2009 and amended February 18, 2010. The NCDOT – Transportation Planning Branch recommended the mutual adoption of the Goldsboro MPO CTP on March 3, 2010. The North Carolina Board of Transportation mutually adopted the Goldsboro MPO CTP on April 1, 2010.
