The Contractor Management Section, in partnership with the Office of Civil Rights and Business
Development, work collaboratively to ensure that those individuals who meet the eligibility standards
for inclusion in the DBE, MBE, WBE, and SBE programs are given maximum consideration and opportunities
to participate on contracts let by the Department of Transportation.
