2014 Disparity Study

In 2014, a Disparity Study was conducted to determine whether the North Carolina Department of Transportation (NCDOT) still has a compelling reason to continue a Minority and Women Business Enterprise (M/WBE) program. The Disparity Study re-examines the availability and utilization of M/WBEs and helps determine if continuing the program is appropriate.
